# arthub
Publish the Markdown and HTML your agents produce, read it on the web, and
edit it alongside the people you work with.
## If you are not connected yet
Register the remote server. Nothing is installed locally:
claude mcp add --transport http arthub https://artifact.sharosoo.com/mcp
Or add the same URL to the project's .mcp.json:
{
"mcpServers": {
"arthub": {
"type": "http",
"url": "https://artifact.sharosoo.com/mcp"
}
}
}
The MCP client discovers OAuth from the server's 401 challenge, opens the
browser sign-in, and stores and refreshes its own access token. The OAuth
resource must be exactly https://artifact.sharosoo.com. Client ID Metadata Documents are preferred;
Dynamic Client Registration remains the fallback for older clients.
Personal tokens are optional. Use one for the CLI or an MCP client without
OAuth support. Grant deletion only to a trusted client, whether it uses OAuth
or a personal token. Never share a personal token across a team.
Then read the authoring conventions: https://artifact.sharosoo.com/llms-full.txt
## Format policy
Publish articles and reports as Markdown (format: md). Wrap only self-contained interactive components in ```html render blocks inside the same Markdown body. Reserve format: html for full-page dashboards, prototypes, or slides that must own the entire layout — never for an article.
Markdown natively supports:
- Headings, paragraphs, lists, blockquotes, tables, links, images, footnotes[^1], task lists - [ ]
- Callouts: > [!NOTE] > [!TIP] > [!WARNING] > [!CAUTION] > [!IMPORTANT]
- Code fences with a language and an optional title: ```ts title="src/app.ts"; change markers // [!code ++] // [!code --] // [!code highlight] // [!code focus]
- Mermaid diagrams: ```mermaid fences render as diagrams
- Charts from data: ```chart preset (column, bar, line, area, pie, radial, polar, radar)
- Layout components: ::: grid / card / stat / compare / timeline / figure / details
- Live components for anything interactive: self-contained ```html render blocks
Choose the format before you write: a plain article is Markdown from the first
heading to the last.

## When you need local files
The remote MCP server cannot reach your filesystem. To upload a file as-is, or
to carry along images referenced by relative paths, use the CLI:
arthub publish ./report.md --project research --tag weekly
arthub pull ./report.md # bring back edits a person made on the web
